Understanding Attachment Styles

The first step to change is always awareness. We can’t change what we don’t understand.
Why it matters: understanding attachment is crucial for your growth, providing clearer insights into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors - as well as those of your partner.

Week 2

Meet Your Inner Parts

You’re not “too much.” You’re protecting yourself. This week we get curious about the inner voices that drive your reactions.

Why it matters: when you connect with your inner landscape, you create space for choice. Less autopilot, more steady response.

Week 3

Rewiring the Anxious Brain

Start healing your wounded parts, managing your protectors and learn techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce anxious responses.

Why it matters: when you stop looking outside to soothe what’s happening inside, you start to trust yourself and feel empowered.

Week 4

Healthy Needs and Boundaries

You will learn to recognize healthy versus unhealthy needs and establish healthy boundaries.

Week 5

Reach for connection more effectively

Secure, productive communication is a key element of healthy adult relationships. By learning to express yourself assertively and in a vulnerable way, you can strengthen your connection with your partner and reduce negative cycles of interaction.

Integration and Moving Forward

Integration of new patterns and cultivation of secure habits.

Hi!

I’m Beatriz Lloret, therapist and Attachment Specialist with 20+ years’ experience and a soft spot for anxious-leaning hearts. I’ve helped hundreds of clients, and I’ve been there myself: my own anxious attachment led me through two divorces. But love won. I did the work to rewire toward secure attachment, and I wholeheartedly believe in LOVE.

I teach evidence-based, shame-free tools that work in everyday life. Inside my science-first, community-held program, anxious-leaning folks feel seen, steady, and supported. We practice small, doable skills together: settling your nervous system, making clean requests, and choosing connection on purpose, so you feel more self-chosen, less anxious, and more loving in real time. You’ll get compassion with a backbone, peers who “get it,” and tools you can use on a Tuesday night.

This is a psycho-educational program it complements therapy but doesn’t replace it.

All materials from each session will be made available to you, ensuring access to them even if you miss a session. Please note, however, that sessions are not recorded to protect confidentiality and cannot be rescheduled, and refunds are not issued for missed sessions.
